When we fill in the little survey at the end of chat and it asks if we want the conversation emailed, why isn't there a radio button option to choose between the contact email on the account (it could show what that is) and another email so we only have to key the email address if we want it sent somewhere else.
Hey Jelv, thanks for the feedback. I'm not sure if this is simply restrictions of the software we use, however I've forwarded the idea/feedback on for you to see if this is something we can possibly implement in future.
