Cash back

Hi I tried to get through on the number I was given as I haven't received an email for the £50 cash back but its impossible to get through.. I went on live chat and the customer advisor told me there was nothing he could do. I've been on hold several times over half an hour its ridiculous. We shouldn't have to do all that to claim it. I'm presuming they do it so you give up and don't claim.

I got my cash back when I joined PN over a year ago and a friend I introduced a few weeks ago also got his cash back with out issue - just to reassure you they do genuinely pay up normally.

As per the e-mail we sent you here, you should receive your cheque within 60 days.

Can you let us know if you don't receive it by the 21st January?
