Cancellation fee's , RIP Nan

hi ,
2 week ago , i arranged plus net to be enabled at my wifes grans flat , they never had internet before ,dont really have bank account , cant deal with DD etc ,
so i just said i would arrange it all , dont worry i said , so i did , made account in my name , with there address / no ...
sadly this weekend she passed away! , council flat , so will be empty very soon etc , asked plus net to cancel , i have a 110 quid cancellation fee to pay .. little gutted.
fact is , i did it in my name , if it was her's that would be fine ... but as i was just trying to be helpfull , i get stung now ... just a warning for anyone thinking of doing this.

That really is awful, I'm really sorry to hear about this.
For the record, I don't recommend signing your name on other people's behalf. However this isn't really the time to lecture you about it.
I will have a look into this for you, and will aim to contact you shortly.
