Cancel my contract

I agree to take out Plusnet Broadband yesterday I got in touch with EE today but they told me that if I cancel my contract now that I have to pay £639.99 cancellation fee, it's to much for me to cancel. Please cancel my order.

Re: Cancel my contract

@Rock22109 You need to call Plusnet to do this (0330 123 9123) - requests on here cannot be actioned.

Re: Cancel my contract

Who is “they”?

EE did not know what Plusnet’s termination terms are.

if it really was “yesterday” that you agreed the contract (not when you went live) then you are within the 14 days distance selling cool of period.

Something does not sound right / complete here.  Call COTS on the number above.

Re: Cancel my contract

Agree, @Rock22109 must ring Plusnet to cancel.

The original post can be read two ways: My assumption was that the OP was currently with EE. On signing up with Plusnet they were informed by EE that it was they who would apply the ETC?

Re: Cancel my contract

That was my interpretation too, @Baldrick1 .
