Can someone PLEASE respond?

Question #108468202 started 8:47am, Monday 3 Aug 2015.
7:38pm, Monday 17 Aug 2015 told that despite engineer's visit line still failing and another visit was necessary and could I please offer suitable times.
10:01pm, Monday 17 Aug 2015 I replied offering 6 time slots.
2 of those are now in the past and I have heard nothing  Sad
Is this really acceptable PlusNet?

Apologies for the delayed response adagio, I understand someone updated the ticket a couple of hours after you made this post and an engineer has since been out this morning for you.
I'm sorry to hear the line is still intermittently very noisy :(, I'll make sure there's further updates on the ticket later today for you.
