Phoned at around 1.15pm and my call was answered within 30 seconds, well done never had a call answered so quickly before so will give praise where it's due.

Did you call the business support number in error?

No it wasn't the business support number it was the one I was given for the customer options team, when I phoned them last week my call was answered around 6 minutes later.

I called on Saturday afternoon, answered within 2-3mins and sorted within 5 total.
