CHAT drop down menu inadequate

PN could do with expanding options choice menu when trying to use CHAT including one that says "None of the above".

I'm happy to pass on your feedback, however I think the options cover everything we can deal with via chat.

 

Is there anything specific you'd want on there that's more specific than "Non of the above"?

 

Currently we don't arrange packages changes/re-contracting or take cancellation requests via chat, which is why those 2 options aren't on there.

While I tend to agree that it's a little hard to fit that in one of the options, it's a pretty niche query that we get very little contact about.

 

I think it could fall under "Account" as we're providing a phone book for the account.
