Business Product Refresh

Good to see that Plusnet aren't rushing things.

Re: Business Product Refresh

Given PlusNet seem to like 1.5 year contracts now, I would see any delay of new products as a good thing.

Re: Business Product Refresh

What's the initial contract length on current business packages? (A genuine question, I have it at the back of my mind it's not one month)

Re: Business Product Refresh

Business products have been on 12 month contracts as long as I can remember.

Re: Business Product Refresh

Historically after the initial 12mth, and new 12mth term was automatically started.
PN changed this a couple of years ago after a couple of us complained [to initial 12mth followed by mthly] , but it seemed most were happy with that setup.
