Broadband Activation

I ordered my broadband with Plus.net around 4 weeks ago. The engineer came yesterday (10 August 2015) to install the phone line. I thought this was a sign that my broadband would be up and running soon. This morning (11 August) I received a text informing me that my broadband would be active on 25 August. How could it possibly take 15 days to do this?

Hi DAR,
This shouldn't be the case, so I'm investigating the order with the intention of expediting at our supplier's expense. Will update you ASAP.

Apologies for the double post.
Typically it should be five working days for the broadband to go live. Absolutely no idea why they upped this to two weeks. I have got it bumped forward to tomorrow for you though as they have admitted error.
