Booked slot for fibre not actioned

Am i alone in having problems getting a fibre installation done? My provisional booking was not actioned so the install team didn't contact me, so slot lost, so have booked leave for no good reason. Called to sort yesterday, told i would be called back and that didn't happen, and got a new provisional booking today which i frankly have no confidence in. And at no point was an apology offered. Not the plusnet i remember.

Sorry you've also been affected by this. To reassure you any re-bookings are done manually and we've not had any issues with those so far.
