Bit thanks to staff

I've had to ring up this morning and sort out a variety of stuff (a change of address/change of account holder) as well as change my broadband package and have nothing but praise for the member of staff I spoke to.
My situation was a little more complex to resolve than normal due to the circumstances but your staff sought to find a way to solve my problem (went and found the answer and came back to me) and sorted it, while updating me on what packages would be best for me and what offers you currently have running.
I'm not sure if i'm allowed to name the particular staff member on a forum so will refrain from doing so until told otherwise but would like to say he was superb!
