Recently switched from Broadband Premier Option 1 to Value Fibre. Installation was great, service has been running fine since. Slight problem where I was accidently billed a pro-rata amount for the fibre when I had already paid for Premier until the end of the month. Sent a ticket, refunded instantly. Excellent work Plusnet. This is why I have been a customer since 2003.
Thanks for letting us know Bojangles, account changes involving fibre is a mostly manual process at the moment which as you may guess leaves more room for human error. I'm impressed with the way we sorted this out though. Adam.
