I signed up for Plusnet Broadband back in May, and the sign-up offer was a £75 reward card. I saved all my emails from Plusnet and regularly checked my spam folder for a third-party email, but I never got an email about it. I emailed plusnet@purecard.com about this in July (after giving a bit more time thinking that maybe things were slower due to Covid), only to be told the claim period for the card had expired. Apparently, you have two months from the date they send the activation email to claim your reward, and "someone" supposedly sent me an email in May...
For anyone just signing up, if you don't receive the activation email straight away after starting your services, email them asap!!! As for me, this feels a bit bait-and-switchy, and I will definitely factor in this experience when it comes time to renew my broadband. I had a similar reward card offer from Sky on my previous broadband contract, and I had no problems getting that card.
