Cancelled my broadband service in October 2015.....Plus Net still charging me monthly fees despite repeated calls to customer service and hours spent waiting on phone. Have phoned, chatted online and raised tickets.....last ticket raised Feb 26th and still no response. This level of service makes a mockery of the published hype on customer satisfaction and level of service. "We continue to deliver outstanding service, recognised by the awards we've won for customer service, technical support, connection reliability and value for money. " - i think not!
Hi there, I'm really sorry for this. I've looked over your account and it seems like the problem has stemmed from the order around the same time that was going to transfer your phone service in to us. I've clarified the date that your order to move away completed and passed this to our billing team to close your account and issue the refunds you're due.
