Since August 2016 speedtest.net has shown my ISP as BT and checking whatismyipaddress.com just now it also says BT.

@Jonpe did it actually show as BT in 2016 or is an old speedtest just looking up the current ISP for the IP address?

No, it was actually showing it in 2016, a somewhat cryptic 'question' on my account leads me to believe that I was transferred to PN's new system at that point.  The date of that ticket also coincided with the loss of all usage data.  Coincidence?
