BBC Article - which customers did they talk to !!!!
Given the volume of customers complaining about PN Customer Service - more accurately - Lack of Service - / issues with Installs / REward card issues / and of course b/band speeds or lack of.
Not sure who voted PN the best service ( admittedly for 2nd half of 2019 ) - lets try and repeat that survey basis last 6 months - fully expect that results would be completely different.

PlusNet have NOT signed up to the voluntary scheme
BT, Sky, TalkTalk and Virgin Media are among those who have signed up, and Ofcom is urging other providers to join to ensure "customers get fair compensation when things go wrong".
You have to ask why ?
