April 2019 Automatic compensation went live.
Plusnet two years later still refusing to abide by Ofcom recommendation.
Outreach have to pay every provider who has signed up for Automatic Compensation For downtime longer than two days.
Plusnet will not be paid compensation by Outreach therefore last in the queue for repair appointments.
What a disgrace.

Not sure that’s how repair timescales work? It’d be based on the care level that the ISP buys from Openreach; either care level 1, 2, 3 or 4 with 1 being the lowest.
