At least one helpful person at PlusNet

After a series of frankly rather disappointing experiences with PlusNet as a new member, I have at last spoken to someone who on the face of it is helpful and cares. If you are struggling to get the service you expect try asking for *****  it appears he might make up for that seemingly lacking elsewhere. Apologies to James if he is now snowed under with phone calls.

I totally disagree.
As a new member with many questions, everyone I have spoken to or messaged has been excellent and has had the knowledge.
And I am quite specific and demanding when I phone in, nicely so.

Re: At least one helpful person at PlusNet

Hi there,
Just so you know posting staff member names is against the forum rules, so don't be surprised when the mods remove that.
I will pass your gratitude over to him though.
Also I will be taking a more detailed look at your account to see where we may have been able to handle this better.

There's 22 James' at Plusnet, so I don't think it narrows down the member of staff too much Smiley
@AlphetonWeddings - I'm glad one of us was able to help you with your query.

Re: At least one helpful person at PlusNet

I've found the Plusnet support staff very helpful as a rule, though I did come across one who was a real chocolate teapot (Yorkshire expression innit). I believe the managers gave this individual some reality adjustment when I expressed my dismay.
Now Zen, but a +Net residue.

We do take a lot of the feedback from peoples experiences here and try to beat some good habits into people from them Cheesy

@AlphetonWeddings,
Just to let you know I'm picking over the notes on your account now to check if any feedback needs to be given to agents in our support centre.
Can you let me know how things are from your point of view after yesterday's engineer visit?
