Appalling Customer Service

My contract is up and I have asked them to match the offer on  USwitch. Will not do so and this is the last straw. Yes they are the cheapest but I don't know from where they get their customer service figures. I suspect they make them up. Their advisor admitted that the offers are only to get new customers. So much for loyalty. Like 'jelv', I expect better service than I have received, see my post on webmail earlier this year. Any recommendations as to who is best?

Re: Appalling Customer Service

The "BT" offer with the £125.00 BT reward card looks the best at the moment.

My contract expires soon so, I will just have to see what they offer.

With price of everything going-up  - especially with electricity, gas, etc - 2017 is going to be a tough year!

Really do not want leave Plusnet.

Apologies for the previous issues with webmail. Just to confirm, is the only issue at the moment that we're not matching an affiliate's discount?

Re: Appalling Customer Service

At the moment but the webmail problem will not go away. I was more or less told to go away and have been quite appalled at the attitude of Pusnet so called Customer service over tha past 18 months. I will probably move to BT
