Another silly error

Yesterday I received a email from PN confirming my cancellation which took place that day.
The email also said :
"If you've got any questions about your service use the Help Assistant - "

Do the people who write the scripts for these automated emails not realise that after the account has been cancelled you can no longer login to that web page.
