Another silly error

Yesterday I received a email from PN confirming my cancellation which took place that day.
The email also said :

Quote

"If you've got any questions about your service use the Help Assistant - http://portal.plus.net/wizard/ "

Do the people who write the scripts for these automated emails not realise that after the account has been cancelled you can no longer login to that web page.

I've passed the feedback on to the relevant people to look in to.
