Having signed up for phone and broadband with Plusnet on 2nd July I finally got a working landline on 22nd September and my broadband was eventually activated on 1st October. I would probably still be waiting if one Sales & COT Analyst, < snip >, hadn't stuck with me and sorted it out. Is this a record? dick:csa
