Welcome to the forums.
For every 0800 number, PlusNET has a matching 0345 number which is included in call plans. See here https://portal.plus.net/home-broadband/contact/ for the full list.

As Townman states, we do have 0345 numbers available.
You may be interested to know that as of June next year, OFCOM state that 0800 numbers will be free to call from mobiles.

Quote from: BriMags When your landline is not working, the only way to contact PN is with your mobile. But of course the 'free' 0800 number is not free from your mobile provider. The call wait times are lengthy, growing and very frustrating - especially as you're paying! Yet there's a simple solution - most mobile operators offer packages which include phone time to mobiles. Does anybody know why PN cannot offer a mobile number as well as the 0800 number?
Calls to 0800 numbers are free using giffgaff. " Free phone numbers (starting 0800, 0808 & 0500) Free" Or use the landline of someone you know.

Beware! Not all service providers allow all 0800 numbers for free. Sky (and others) have restrictions in place!

I was with Sky for BB and phone until 2 years ago and they then published a list of inclusive/free 0800. The vast majority were chargeable!
EDIT
Just brought meself up to speed. Seems 0800's have been free since I left Sky. Apologies for any confusion!

EDIT:- Just established that 0800 numbers are free on NEW Price Plans!
The way I read that is you have to re-new/change your Price Plan, otherwise you will still be charged!!

That's right, free on new contracts or when the rules change next year, unless Three chooses to implement it earlier for existing contracts.
