After 8 months - i'm on!

Evening,
I signed up in March and i've just connected for the first time this evening!
Why, you may be asking?!
Long story short, the house we purchased took a lot longer to get ready to live in than we anticipated.
Be nice if Plusnet honoured some kind of role-over for credit!
Plusnet - well impressed with the set-up.  I was a customer back in the Zyxel router days. Few errors connecting initially although that may have been because after it synced i assumed i should have had access. I could ping your gateway and both DNS servers but not outside your network.  The browser asked me to authenticate and after that was sorted - i was on!

Unfortunately there's nothing we could honour as we've still been providing a service in the interim, did you agree anything specific with us back in March?

You have to remember that irrespective of whether you use the service or not, Plusnet still have to pay BT Wholesale every month once the broadband has been connected to the line at the exchange.
