Account area broken, cant manage static ip or services
Could someone take a look at my account. When I go to manage my static IP i get this:

If I go to to the main broadband page I always have an error at the top of it:
An error has occurred You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.
It's been like this for months, I want to go in and update my hostname.

These pages apply the same to both residential and business users. I have a fixed IP address and cannot access that page either.
DNS settings are managed somewhere else in the portal - see Manage account -> Manage your domains
