Could some kind soul advise me how to raise a question?
All I get is Jess and it doesn't understand my question.
Seriously thinking of moving my account after 15 years,
the whole idea of Help Pages is to give help!

Unfortunately the scope of questions/tickets we residential customers are permitted to raise is now very restricted. Live chat (or calling in) is now the recommended way to get help.
Live chat (when its not overloaded) can be accessed using the Contact Us dialogue.

Well, I have Plusnet annoymous call reject which works perfectrly, it
is really good for stopping unwanted calls.
Last few days I have received several calls from someone
on a mobile trying to flog me credit.
Question: as part of the annoymous call reject can I block
this clown & if so how do I do it, please?
Thank you

The anonymous caller reject will only rejected callers that withheld their number.
It won't stop someone who shows their number from calling.

Cancel the anonymous call reject and save yourself £4/month to buy one of these http://www.amazon.co.uk/BT8500-Advanced-Blocker-Cordless-Phone/dp/B00LZTHUK8/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=...
You can then block any number you wish, including with held, international, unobtainable etc. along with selected numbers chosen by yourself. I've not been aware of any unsolicited calls since buying one. You can zap the mobile pest with the push of a button and they will never get through again. It's quite pleasing to see those rejected in the calls list.
