Re: AUP

Yes it is. I believe they will have been updated on April 15th in line with our Terms and Conditions. Is there anything in particular that concerns you, or that you would like clarification on?

Re: AUP

Just reading the broadband bit and confused about home surf parts.
Never heard of home surf, is it an all encompassing term for your residential packages.
Would be useful to have a date or version number for comparison with older versions.
Just idle curiosity really.

Re: AUP

Home Surf is a legacy product which is no longer sold

Re: AUP

Right, so the whole BB AUP policy is based on a  product no-one has signed up to for the last couple of years?

Re: AUP

Pretty well true the AUP policy refers to products which are no longer sold but which still have customers on them and not just the Surf versions

Re: AUP

There is still the "Safe Surf" option on current products - https://www.plus.net/surf/ - well at least there is on my "Value" product. But I do agree that the AUP seems to be in need of an update.
