A few weeks with Plusnet totally disappointed

Hello
Moved from Plusnet a few weeks ago from BT who I was with for 2 years.  BT were great until you had a problem
then you were at the mercy of BT technical support..   This was a battle to get to the higher level of support and
to someone who understood your problem.    From what I have seen so far Plusnet suffer from the same thing.
My internet connection has been down since last Friday 1st October with no reply as yet to my original
ticket..  I have rung in twice only to be fobbed off with the usual plug in to the test socket etc etc..
Not a happy bunny at the moment.. Angry
