A BIG thankyou!!! (technical support)

I will google my head off trying to solve a problem...ringing for support is the very last resort. Today, due to problems I just couldn't remedy I rung tech support. Estimated wait was 30 minutes so it was a nice surprise that it didn't take that long to get through. [CSA Removed] who helped me out was an absolute star! He helped me through, checked everything was all good, and was a lovely chap taboot!

Amongst all the negatives I thought it only nice to post a positive where it is due Smiley
