24 talk change to PN


I'm yet another 24 talk customer who had no idea my details had been purchased by PN until the day it all changed- no letters or e-mails or hint that anything as changing until it changed!
Apparently 24 talk customers cannot use all of the features of PN and are not likely to get all the features.  I'd like to know the details of how my price plan compares with PN and if I  can change product  if needed but the wait times on phones are horrendous!
I'd like the plusnet protect but it's not an option for migrated customers and not likely to be either but getting to speak to someone is impossible - Been trying for over 2 weeks now since my last ticket was answered.  #77161241
