15% increase in users in past year?

According to http://www.thinkbroadband.com/news/6453-bt-group-publishes-latest-figures-showing-growth-of-demand-f... the BT group is reporting that Plusnet "grew its customer base by 15% in the last year".
Shame that the number of users online graph shows something different!

When is this going to be fixed?
The one day graph is on this page

The two new BNGs are missing - I raised this before, but they've still not been added.

Re: 15% increase in users in past year?

Purely out of interest I compared the opening graph in this thread with the present one and it show virtually no increase in customer numbers in 10 months so basically the whole graph appears to be useless

Re: 15% increase in users in past year?

Isn't the graph in the opening post the current 12 months (it certainly appears to run from march to march and shows a steady increase in users online over the period (except for what I'd assume are some reporting glitches in august/september))?

Yes it is the live graph (last link I gave in the opening post).
