14 Months Happy Subscriber to Plusnet!

Good Morning Campers (or should that be Plusnetters!)
As I have now been with Plusnet for over a year, I felt it appropriate to offer some comments.
I have watched with interest on the sidelines the various postings in these forums.
Over the last 20 years, or so, I have been with several ISPs - Globalnet, Freeserve and Demon, to name but three - both for dialup and broadband.
After ten years with Demon, I decided to give Plusnet a try - what a breath of fresh air!
Customer services are polite, courteous and very helpful.
I have had the pleasure(?) of talking to various ISP's customer services on behalf of clients and, believe me, Plusnet far excels the others.
Yes, all ISPs will have problems from time to time (some more than others) but the acid test is how one is treated by CS - full marks to Plusnet here.
I would like to pay tribute especially to Bob, Matt, Chis and Mand - what lovely, helpful people! Oh and James (who has since left.)
I have enloyed reading contibutions from regular forum members (oldjim, pierre_pierre, jelv, James_g) - the list goes on.
By the way, no, I have no connection with Plusnet - just someone who has experienced the woeful lack of good CS from many (nameless) ISPs.
So, from one very happy  customer, keep up the good work and long may it continue.
Kind regards,
Brian (Mr Chips)  Cheesy Cheesy

I forgot to add Asbodog to my list of helpful forum contributors - that's the trouble with lists, you always forget someone!!
