12 Weeks Broadband Fault

It seems impossible to actually get a problem solved;  communication is good with endless emails and fault tickets, but we end up going round in circles. The fastest connection is around 2mb/s down and 0.4mb/s  up, but this is rare. More often than not the connection drops; the speed is 0.2mb/s and little can be done connected to the intenet.
Been through every test, BT visited and the line to exchange is fine at 3.2mb/s, watched him doing all the tests, then tested broadband - 0.4mb/s, so the problem is with plusnet and congestion.
12 weeks and still we go round in circles.
Is there no solution to the Companies failings?

Re: 12 Weeks Broadband Fault

Hi there,
I can see you have a fault raised since the 3rd December that's currently in hand with our faults team, I'm not sure that there is anything we could add to that via these forums however we'll do what we can. I can see BT speed test results have been requested on the ticket, if you could run a test at http://www.speedtester.bt.com as per the latest response we'll be able to get this pushed back for further investigation for you?

Re: 12 Weeks Broadband Fault

Just to add to Matt's comments, if you have any issues running that particular Speed Tester you can also use http://speedtest.btwholesale.com, if you do use this one, please ensure you run 'Further Diagnostics'. This link will appear once you have completed the initial test.
