I'd just like to pass on my thanks, after 6 months of fighting with BT to sort out my line (basically saying 'thats all your line can handle' 0.5 to 1.2Mbps) its been absolutely brilliant that you guys were straight onto the issue when the ticket was raised, and after some push back from Openreach persisted in getting the fault fixed.
Coming from a CS background and constantly frustrated at other companies level of service it's been a breath of fresh air sorting this out with you guys.
