Hello readers! It's Pancake Day, yes it's Pancake Day, yes it's P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-Pancake day! I like that, it means I don't need to think of anything profound and/or witty for todays introduction... on with the show then 
First to the fore is Heather from Customer Options...
Well, since the product refresh the Customer Options and Sales team have been working their little bottoms off! We've been doing all we can to find the best deals for our lovely customers and the new packages have really helped. It's still early days but we're already feeling the positive impact of the new deals and are confident that our customers will be as excited about the improvements as we are. The teams are looking forward to their pancakes tonight and with all the hard work put in since the refresh I'd say they thoroughly deserve them :D)
Next up it's Matt from Comms...
Today is Bob's birthday. We had cake. It was nice, but two cakes between five people who all had just had lunch (especially Chris, who went to Burger King) is a touch too much. Pancakes tonight, too. So... Mand went through the problem pool today and arranged all that just so. She's also been sorting a few issues for CSC staff. James has been in the forums mostly, though has also had a number of jabber conversations. Bob has been absent from his desk mostly, but meetings, networks change controls and other network related japery is a safe bet for Bob. Chris has been Chris, but more full than usual. Finally I have arranged more email sends, had Dreamweaver installed on my work PC (that took longer than I expected!) and have also been sorting some task work. A thought to finish with. Normally, come the weekend, I'll say that I'm going to do X odd jobs and Y other productive things and then spend the weekend playing games. This weekend I claimed I was going to play games and instead did all manner of productive things around the house. I'm going to experiment with this and see if the trend continues. Link - You can't tell me that's not random.

Mark, reporting from the Web Team. So what's everyone been up to today? Sam (Designer) "Problem fixes, meetings and odd jobs" (not to be confused with OddJob, the Bond villain's henchman). Gary (Tea Drinker) "Going to meetings, ‘wireframing’, rediscovering Flex" (That's probably Adobe Flex, not magazine for body builders). Nick, Andy and Myself (Content) "Today we've been fixing and testing things, it's a lot like housework with more polish but less hoovering up." Phil, James and Dan (Developers) "We've been working on a new exciting project, it's all hush-hush for the moment."
