returning old router

I'm keen to recycle and return my old router

How/what address do I do this to?

 

Its a router 2704N Plusnet

Sorry that you haven't received a returns bag for your router.

I'm querying this with our products team to clarify whether we'll send a bag out and when.

Me again.

You should receive a returns bag within a few days of receiving that e-mail although I'd probably allow the official lead time of 3-5 working days.

If it's any longer than this let us know and we'll chase this up.

Hi Gandalf,

Thank you for your replies, but unfortunately I have not received the bag yet.

The email saying I would receive a bag was sent to me on the 18th April, so it's a little more than 3-5 working days now 😉

Just had a response back from our products team that a new returns bag should in the post tomorrow.

Not sure what had happened to the first bag but we're looking into this further internally.

Let us know if you don't receive it for any reason within the next few days.

Hi,

I've also just registered on here so I can send my old router back.  I'm keen to recycle it if I can.  I received an email to say the bag was on its way but it never turned up.

Can I have a returns bag please?

We've re-ordered one for you now, but for your convenience you may find it easier to dispose of it at any WEEE disposal point.
