help with port forwarding please

hi fellow plus netters lol so basically ive been having lots of issues with online gaming (origin ea servers ) battlefield 1 ive not been able to get onto any multiplayer games whatsoever ive been in contact with ea and done all the troubleshoots ie reset hosts file flushed dns reinstalled ete ete i then got told by them to port forward the sent me all the relevant ports but i have no idea where to start ive attached some screenshots of what ive done but i dont know if ive done it right would really appreciate if anyone can assist thanks
