WAN IP

Hi, I know Plusnet don't offer static wan ip anymore, but am I likely to have the same ip going forward or will this change on power cycle, update etc, thanks?

Re: WAN IP

@ncfc-yellows Plusnet IPs are 'sticky', in that they come from smallish local pools, but there is no guarantee that you will always keeep the same one. Why do you ask?

Re: WAN IP

Thanks John, I have a SIP trunk and I can restrict it to only allow traffic via a IP address, no big deal as this is for personal use. I have it working with a ATA adapter and free 3CX PBX system 😉
