VNC really slow

Hi,
I've got a Hub One router. I'm trying to connect to a raspberry pi using VNC and the display is incredibly slow. The pc and the pi are connected to WiFi. If I use my phone as a WiFi hub and connect them both to that, the connection is fine. So it must be the router.
Any thoughts?
Thanks
Neil

Hi,
I use VNC like you and have no issues. Your problem is likely caused by weak WiFi signal either to your pi or pc or both devices to the router. Are using 5GHz on both devices, if so I'd try splitting the WiFi networks and use 2.4GHz to see if that improves the situation.

Thanks Dan, that's a good idea to check. I hope it's not that - the WiFi signal is pretty good where I was, and the only other option is to go and sit next to the router
Great idea though - I'll check tonight.
