Urgent help needed

I'm a vulnerable customer and can't access Internet. My hub2 has a solid orange light. I've turned it off & on, didn't fix problem. I've done factory reset, didn't fix problem. I'm left with no Internet access and help phone line is closed till 8am tomorrow morning. Can anyone help me with this problem?

@4L3x Unfortunately, there are no Plusnet Help Team staff around this late, and it is difficult to say what your problem may be. Is your phone line silent?

I don't have a landline phone. Just a fibre broadband package.

@4L3x Sorry to hear about your issues, especially since you are a vulnerable customer. In testing there is no fault so we just need to check a few things out with you. Are you able to tell us exactly what the lights are doing on the ONT (The Openreach modem) and the router please? Also, if you can send in photos of the setup in general that would be great Smiley
