Re: Throughput issues 5ghz

Just a quick update @bobpullen - the new firmware .289 pushed a few weeks back was stable for ~1 week periods before needing a restart - problem developed where new connections seemed to stall from all devices; timeouts observed browsing, slowness in connecting to endpoints etc. Interestingly, speed test sites (when they did connect some delay) showed a good download/upload rate.

Thank-you for the support here, but I'm afraid I've now moved to use a BT Home Hub 6 here, as others have suggested, it seems much more robust than the Hub One.

Re: Throughput issues 5ghz

@paul_edwin - that's been done for you. You'll need to restart the router to apply the update.

@drtodd appreciate the feedback, and apologies we didn't manage to fully crack it.

Re: Throughput issues 5ghz

Hi @bobpullen, we seem to be experiencing issues with the 5ghz signal too, it seems to keep cutting out regularly.

Are you able to push out the latest update please?

Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.263 Last updated Unknown

Serial +081441+NQ12583654

Thank you

@richardw96 - looks like your firmware was updated about a week ago?
