Is the Default Gateway the problem? As I understand it this is automatically set by Plusnet. What option do you have in this field? I can see a drop down list next to the entry, which on your second screenshot the default entry is shown as deleted. I'm just wondering whether it's dictating it's own value instead of handing over control.
