Stuck on sign-in required, cannot connect

I got my Internet set up yesterday and the engineer said it was all okay for me to use, but when I connect to it, I get told I need to sign in and directed to the hub manager which then tells me the router is connected to the Internet, but I cannot get past the sign in message... it happens on both wireless and wired.

My devices come up on the hub manager, but they don't actually connect to the WiFi because they just get a "sign-in required" notification. I have tried resetting the router, turning it off and on, looked at the set-up guide and nothing has helped.

What do I do?
