My fiber broadband has stopped working. And i have a solid green light on my hub one router. I have managed to borrow a hub one router from a friend and i can get back on line. So my router is faulty and needs replacing. I have a ticket in for a fault, but no response from plusnet so far. Is there anybody on here from plusnet who can help with my problem ?
