That being said since Simon is having the same issue on a different router/network with the same models I think its a hardware/software issue with the product itself but maybe neither of us have tried anything with ports so will give a go and report back when I get the chance

Morning,
Thank you for your reply, appreciate you trying to help.
Unfortunately not there doesn't seem to be anyway of waking the radiators up once they go offline other than switching them off at the socket and back on again.
I have Bluetooth enabled on my phone all the time and don't think this makes any difference.
Yes when it's connected everything is controllable via the smart life app.
I'm sure the firewall on my smart hub is active but I'm afraid I don't really have the technical knowledge to start messing about with ports so I may need some help or guidance on that ! 😁
Since I've purchased them they all eventually drop off line and following all the help on here I've pretty much tried everything.
I even tried a WiFi extender dedicated to 2.4ghz but still same issues.
I've factory reset my radiators numerous times and it's all become very tiresome sadly.
It's annoying as the main reason I bought these was to be able to control them remotely.
Thanks Simon.
