Setting a fixed IP address on Plusnet Hub Two

I switched to PlusNet back in August. All seemed to be working correctly at the time, but subsequently it appears that a Raspberry Pi used for smart home control does not have external internet access. It can be reached from other devices within the home.
With my previous ISP the Raspberry Pi had a fixed IP address and I suspect that the issue is that the fixed IP address hasn’t been configured in the Plusnet Hub Two. I assume that this should be configurable from the My network page on the router but I can’t see how to do that. Indeed I can’t see any devices and the device counts shown (see below) seem to be wrong as there are devices reported on ports which have no physical cable connected.
How do I fix this?

The Rasperry Pi's internet access (or lack of it) won't be due to the Plusnet Router not having a reserved IP address for it.
The problem will be in the Raspberry Pi's network configuration.
I recommend making the Pi use DHCP and rebooting it and network access should be restored.
If the Raspberry Pi has a fixed IP address set in it you might find that correcting the default gateway (which I think would be 192.168.1.254 for your Plusnet Hub) might well fix it but I do recommend reservation rather than static IP addresses on devices.

Welcome to the Plusnet Community Fora.
Do you mean that the Pi cannot access external sites or is is that you can't remotely access the Pi from the external Internet?
In this latter case you need help from those who understand port forwarding.
As a separate issue it appears that you have been sent a reconditioned hub that has not been properly reset. To correct this use a paperclip or similar to push in the factory reset switch on the rear of the Hub. Hold the switch closed until you get a green light.

Thanks. I have now reset the hub to factory settings and do indeed now have a live list of connected devices which I recognise.
I mean that the Pi cannot reach external sites. I’m NOT looking to use port forwarding so that the Pi can be reached from devices outside the home.

That makes life easier but if the Pi has been given a fixed IP address outside of the Plusnet Hubs 192.168.1.1-253 range then it will not connect.
Who were you with previously? This should give us a clue whether you have an incompatible fixed IP address set.
I suspect that youwill need to log in to the Pi and either change it to DHCP so that the Hub can assign an IP address or you find the Pi IP address and if necessary change the Hub 2 to the compatible range.

cli commands
ip add or ifconfig
will detail the current IP Address.
Did you previously set this for a static IP address?

Was working before the router was changed.

That's not correct, the Plusnet Hub 2s IP by default is 192.168.1.254 so the PI needs the gateway and DNS setting to 192.168.1.254

IP of 192.168.1.26 ... also make sure this static IP is not going to cause a clash with the DHCP server's allocation range.
