Same issue. Unresponsive. Impossible to use the internet, let alone the LAN.

@Lysen doesn't sound like your isue is related to this thread reading some of your other posts?

Anyway, I've pushed the latest available firmware to your device. It will have rebooted to apply the update.

The instability and long time to load the GUI is the same deal i'm getting, but the cause is anyone's guess. Since there's no firmware available online, i figured it'd be nice to at least try to latest version and see how it fares.

I have been having slight issues with my upload speed. I have read online that updatung router firmware might be a quick fix.

My router details are

1 - Product name:	Plusnet Router
2 - Serial number:	N7180061B004369
3 - Firmware version:	7.275.6_F2704N_Plusnet

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

@grantmacdo not sure it's going to help with your issue, however I've pushed a more recent software version to your router. It will have rebooted to apply the update.

Thanks Bob, much appreciated. 

As you suggested didn't make any difference. I'm currently getting a download speed of around 20 Mbps but and upload of speed of around 1 Mbps.

Is that normal?
