@edofoy123 - Looking at your account, I suspect it's somethign to so with the formatting of your address in our systems as the hub was definitely dispatched.

Unfortunately, I've a suspicion the same problem is going to arise with the replacement device that somebody has arranged for dispatch today.

If you can drop me a private message containing your postal address, then I can check to make sure everything is in order, and if not arrange a third attempt later in the week.
