Router not yet dispatched

I switched to Plusnet, order date on the 1st of May with an activation date of the 8th May. However, my router as of 4PM on the 7th of May hasn't arrived and according to my dashboard, hasn't even been dispatched yet.

 

I work from home a good deal of the time & as such require reliable broadband. This is not a great start......

Are you sure the 8th is a 'committed' date and not just an 'estimated' ? 7 days sounds a bit quick for a switch UNLESS its an existing FTTP connection that already has an ONT installed

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I have reviewed the account and I can confirm the router has been delivered, please refer to the tracking link if the router wasn't left with you directly or through the letter box.
