Router disconnected not reconnecting

Hi, my router suddenly disconnected and hasn't come back on, the light is just staying orange. I've tried unplugging the router for a while, restarting it ect.. nothing has fixed it. it frequently disconnects but will come back on, this time it isn't. Do I need a new router?

Might be worth checking the username is correct in the router
Log in to the Hub One by using http://192.168.1.254 in the address bar.
Username and password are located on the router - it will be admin
Once logged in go to:
Advanced Settings > Broadband
what is Broadband Username?
Customer / Moderator
